For example, under normal circumstances, a heating tube can be used for thousands of hours, but if it is often operated at excessively high temperatures, its life may be shortened to hundreds of hours or even shorter.

High temperature will also damage the coating or plating on the surface of the heating tube. For some heating tubes with special coatings, such as anti-corrosion coatings, infrared radiation enhancement coatings, etc., excessively high temperatures may cause the coating to peel off and fail, further affecting the performance and life of the heating tube.
