The infrared carbon fiber heating lamp uses a carbon fiber infrared heating tube, which has the following characteristics:

1. High efficiency and energy saving: The carbon fiber heating element is a pure black body material. The visible light is very small during the electric-heat conversion process. The electric-heat conversion efficiency is more than 95%, which can save 30% energy compared with heaters using materials such as nickel-chromium, tungsten-molybdenum as heating elements.

2. Rapid heating: small thermal hysteresis, uniform heating, fast heating speed after turning on the power, and the surface temperature can reach 300-700 degrees in 5 seconds.Directional thermal radiation: A reflector can be installed to achieve centralized directional reflection, improve the direction of thermal radiation, thereby enhancing the infrared thermal radiation effect and reducing energy consumption.

3. Stable electrical performance: During frequent startup, shutdown and long-term continuous operation, the power is stable within a certain tolerance range and will not produce any instantaneous power shock.
