Print drying heating lamps are lamps used in the printing industry to quickly dry ink.

It generally heats the ink by emitting infrared or ultraviolet rays. Infrared heating lamps use the thermal effect of infrared rays to quickly evaporate the solvent in the ink. This method heats more evenly and can penetrate deep into the ink to accelerate the drying process. Ultraviolet heating lamps use ultraviolet rays to trigger the photoinitiator reaction in the ink to cure and dry the ink. This drying method is fast and the ink surface gloss is better after drying.

When using a print drying heating lamp, pay attention to adjusting the appropriate lamp distance, irradiation time and power according to factors such as the material, ink type and thickness of the printed matter to avoid excessive temperature damage to the printed matter or incomplete drying of the ink.
