SK15 clear infrared quartz heating lamps 400v 2000w 480mm halogen heat lamps
Halogen infrared heating lamps have the following applications in 3D printers:
3. Material drying: 3D printing materials may absorb moisture from the air during storage and use, especially some moisture-sensitive materials such as nylon. If the moisture content in the material is too high, defects such as bubbles and cracks may occur during the printing process. Halogen infrared heating tubes can be used to dry 3D printing materials, remove moisture from the materials, and improve the quality and printing performance of the materials.
4. Post-processing:
– Part curing: After 3D printing is completed, some materials may require further curing to achieve optimal performance. For example, for stereolithography (SLA) technology using photosensitive resin materials, the printed parts need to be cured by ultraviolet light. Halogen infrared heating tubes can be used in conjunction with ultraviolet light sources to accelerate the curing process of photosensitive resins and improve the strength and hardness of parts.
– Part annealing: For some metal 3D printed parts, annealing after printing can eliminate stress inside the parts and improve the mechanical properties of the parts. Halogen infrared heating tubes can provide uniform heat for annealing metal 3D printed parts.
