Halogen infrared heating tubes can be used to dry 3D printing materials, remove moisture from the materials, and improve the quality and printing performance of the materials.
4. Post-processing:
– Part curing: After 3D printing is completed, some materials may require further curing to achieve optimal performance. For example, for stereolithography (SLA) technology using photosensitive resin materials, the printed parts need to be cured by ultraviolet light. Halogen infrared heating tubes can be used in conjunction with ultraviolet light sources to accelerate the curing process of photosensitive resins and improve the strength and hardness of parts.
