Film coating and lamination:
Preheating before coating: Before the plastic film is coated, the film substrate is preheated with an infrared heating lamp to improve the adhesion of the coating material and the uniformity of the coating. Lamination process: In the lamination process of plastic films, infrared heating can accelerate the curing of glue or make multi-layer films better bonded. For example, when producing composite films, infrared heating is used to quickly activate the glue and reach the optimal bonding temperature, thereby improving the interlayer bonding strength and overall performance of the composite film.
