1. Plastic materials
– Thermoplastics: For thermoplastics such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), frame-shaped heating lamps can provide uniform heat to reach the appropriate processing temperature during processing, such as molding, bending or heat sealing. For example, in the bending process of PVC pipes, frame-shaped heating lamps can heat the pipes uniformly in a circular manner to soften the pipes and facilitate bending into various angles, while avoiding local overheating that may cause damage to the pipes.
– Plastic film: In the production process of plastic film, such as stretching and heat sealing, frame-shaped heating lamps can be used to heat the film. For example, when producing plastic film for food packaging, the film needs to be heat-sealed. Frame-shaped heating lamps can evenly heat the film over a large area to ensure the quality of heat sealing and make the packaging well sealed.
2. Glass materials
– Processing of glass products: In the thermal processing of glass, such as bending, molding and annealing of glass. Take the bending of glass as an example. When making curved glass, the frame heating lamp can evenly heat the glass over a large area, so that the glass reaches the softening point, and then bend it into the desired shape through the mold. This uniform heating method helps to reduce the stress inside the glass and improve the quality of glass products.
3. Paper materials
– Paper drying: In the papermaking industry, the water content of newly produced paper is high and needs to be dried. The frame heating lamp can dry the paper over a large area. Its uniform heating characteristics can make the paper dry more evenly, avoiding deformation or brittle cracking caused by local drying too quickly.
– Printing processing: For printed paper, such as book and magazine covers, the frame heating lamp can be used to accelerate the drying of ink. It can cover a large printing area, make the solvent in the ink evaporate evenly, improve the drying speed and quality of the printed matter, and prevent the ink from smudging.
4. Composite materials
– Fiber-reinforced composite materials: This type of material is usually used in aerospace, automotive and shipbuilding fields. During the molding process, the frame-shaped heating lamp can heat the composite material to soften the resin matrix so that it can better combine with the fiber, or perform a curing process. For example, when manufacturing carbon fiber composite materials for automotive parts, the frame-shaped heating lamp can provide uniform heating over a large area to ensure that the performance of the composite material meets the requirements.
– Multi-layer packaging materials: For example, some multi-layer packaging materials containing aluminum foil, plastic and paper can be heated by the frame-shaped heating lamp during the sealing or molding process to make the layers of materials fit better and improve the overall performance of the packaging.
