400mm 440v 1000w twin tubes ir emitter infrared radiation heat lamps
Half gold coated halogen heat lamp is a widely used component in the heating field. The following is a detailed introduction about it:
Structural features
Double tube design: It consists of two independent heating tubes. This double tube structure has advantages in some scenes that require larger heating power or more uniform heating distribution. The two tubes can work in parallel to provide heat together, increasing the total heating capacity.
Semi-gold-plated surface: The surface of the tube is semi-gold-plated. Gold has good thermal conductivity and reflectivity. The semi-gold-plated method can not only use the excellent properties of gold to improve heating efficiency, but also control costs to a certain extent. The gold-plated layer can enhance the reflection of infrared rays, so that the heat is radiated more concentratedly to the heated object, and reduce the loss of heat to the surrounding environment.
Working principle
The halogen semi-gold-plated double tube usually has a filament as a heat source. When the current passes through the filament, the filament heats up and ionizes the halogen gas in the tube. The excited halogen atoms combine with the tungsten atoms evaporated from the filament to form tungsten halides. Tungsten halide decomposes in the high temperature area near the filament, and tungsten atoms are redeposited on the filament, thereby extending the service life of the filament. At the same time, the heat emitted by the filament radiates outward in the form of infrared rays, and through the reflection effect of the semi-gold-plated surface, more infrared rays are radiated to the heated object, achieving efficient heating.
