700mm 220v 1000w quartz tube shortwave infrared heating lamps for vacuum

When using infrared halogen heating tubes in vacuum machines, the following aspects should be noted:
1. Installation link
Position and layout
Reasonably plan the location of the heating tube: According to the internal structure of the vacuum machine and the heating requirements, reasonably determine the installation location of the infrared halogen heating tube. To ensure that the heating tube is kept at a suitable distance from the heated object, generally speaking, this distance should be determined according to the power of the heating tube, the material of the heated object and the required heating effect. If the distance is too close, it may cause local excessive temperature and damage the heated object or the heating tube itself; if the distance is too far, it will affect the heating efficiency.
Evenly distribute the heating tube: In a vacuum machine that requires large-area heating, if multiple heating tubes are used, they should be evenly distributed to ensure uniform heating. For example, in a large vacuum dryer, the heating tubes should be arranged in a certain matrix or ring to make the heat distribution in the entire drying area as balanced as possible to avoid excessive temperature gradient differences.
Installation stability
Ensure firm installation: The heating tube must be firmly installed on the vacuum machine, using appropriate mounting brackets and fixtures to prevent the heating tube from shaking or shifting during the operation of the vacuum machine. Because in a vacuum environment, even a slight shake may cause the heating tube to collide with other components, causing the quartz tube to break or the filament to be damaged.
Avoid excessive squeezing or stretching: During the installation process, be careful to avoid excessive squeezing or stretching of the heating tube, especially for the wires and connectors connecting the heating tube. Excessive squeezing may damage the insulation layer of the wire and cause the risk of leakage; excessive stretching may cause the wire to break, affecting the normal power supply of the heating tube.
