Working principle
– Mainly using frame-shaped heating tubes to heat plastic preforms. After the plastic particles are made into preforms by extruders and other methods, the frame-shaped heating tubes will evenly heat specific parts of the preforms, so that the preforms reach the appropriate temperature and become soft and easy to form. Then compressed air is blown into the preforms to make them close to the inner wall of the mold, thus forming them into the shape of a bottle.

Advantages
– Uniform heating: The frame-shaped heating tube can make the various parts of the preforms heat more evenly, so that the wall thickness of the blown bottles is relatively more uniform and the quality is better.
