In the post-processing of plastic products, such as film lamination and printing on the surface of plastic products, U-shaped heating lamps can be used for drying. If the surface of the plastic product needs to be printed, the printed ink needs to be dried and cured quickly. The U-shaped heating lamp can provide enough heat to make the solvent in the ink evaporate quickly, shorten the drying time, improve production efficiency, and make the printed pattern more solid.
In addition, in the processing of plastic pipes, U-shaped heating lamps can locally heat the pipes, facilitate operations such as bending or expanding the pipes, so that the plastic pipes can better meet different usage scenarios.
