In the process of blowing plastic bottles, heating lamps play a key role.

Heating lamps mainly heat plastic preforms. They emit infrared radiation to make the plastic preforms reach the appropriate processing temperature. Because plastic becomes soft and plastic at this temperature, it is as easy to process as heated plasticine. For example, when PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic bottles are produced, the heating lamps heat the PET preforms evenly to soften them, so that in the subsequent blowing process, the softened preforms can be easily blown into the desired bottle shape using compressed air. At the same time, the use of heating lamps helps to accurately control the temperature of the plastic, thereby ensuring uniform wall thickness and stable quality of the bottle, and improving the success rate and production efficiency of blowing.
