For some heated materials with a certain thickness, penetrating heating from the surface to the inside can be achieved in the vacuum furnace. For materials that require uniform heating as a whole, such as bulk metal materials, composite materials, etc., this can ensure that the temperature inside the material and the surface temperature rise simultaneously, ensuring the quality of the heat treatment of the material in a vacuum environment.<\/p>\n<p>3. Advantages of adapting to vacuum environment<\/p>\n<p>Pollution-free heating: In the vacuum furnace, the carbon fiber infrared heating tube does not produce oxidizing substances or other impurities when working. Because it is heated by radiation, unlike some heating methods used in the air, which will produce waste residue, exhaust gas and other pollutants due to oxidation. For vacuum furnace application scenarios that require a high-purity heating environment, such as vacuum sintering of electronic materials, vacuum smelting of special alloys, etc., it can ensure that the purity and performance of the heated materials are not affected by contamination.<\/p>\n<p>Stable and reliable performance: The carbon fiber infrared heating tube itself has a compact structure and can work stably in a vacuum environment. It does not need to rely on a specific gas medium for heat transfer like some heating methods, so it is not affected by changes in vacuum.
