Infrared heating lamps can quickly evaporate these solvents or moisture and speed up the drying speed. For example, when producing rubber gloves, infrared heating lamps can be used to quickly evaporate the moisture on the surface of the gloves, shorten the drying cycle, and improve production efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Curing coatings and adhesives: After applying a protective coating on the surface of a rubber product or using an adhesive to bond components, curing is required. Infrared heating lamps can provide appropriate heat to quickly cure the coating and adhesive, enhancing the protective properties and bonding strength of rubber products. For example, in the assembly process of automotive rubber parts, curing the adhesive with an infrared heating lamp can ensure a firm connection between parts.<\/p>\n<p>3. Preheating and softening of rubber<\/p>\n<p>Easy to process: Before the rubber undergoes subsequent molding processes such as extrusion, calendering, and molding, it is very beneficial to use an infrared heating lamp to preheat and soften the rubber. The preheated rubber is easier to deform and can pass through the extruder head, calender roller or mold more smoothly, reducing the difficulty of processing and improving the molding quality. For example, in the rubber extrusion molding process, the rubber material preheated by the infrared heating lamp can be extruded more evenly and reduce surface defects of the product.<\/p>\n<p>Energy-saving effect: Compared with traditional heating methods, infrared heating lamps can achieve more efficient heating during the rubber preheating process because it can directly transfer heat to the rubber, reducing the loss of heat during the transfer process.
