加热温度
清楚地定义了应用程序所需的加热温度范围。不同的短波卤素加热管通常可以达到不同的最高温度,通常在500℃ -3000℃之间。例如,在塑料加工中,某些塑料的软化温度约为200℃ -300℃,并且选择最高温度超过300℃的加热管可以满足需求;在高温应用方案(例如金属热处理)中,有必要选择可以达到更高温度的加热管。
加热速度
如果应用程序方案对加热速度有很高的要求,例如快速加热生产线或需要经常停止的设备,则应选择具有快速加热速度的短波卤素加热管。一般而言,具有更高功率和更好灯丝质量的加热管具有更快的加热速度。您可以参考产品的技术参数或咨询制造商以了解加热管的加热时间索引。
