The power of the heating lamp is closely related to the production efficiency of the blow molding machine.
A high-power heating lamp can quickly heat up the plastic parison to the appropriate temperature required for blow molding. For example, during the production process, if the original low-power heating lamp is replaced with a high-power one, the parison heating time can be shortened. In this way, more parisons can be processed per unit time, thereby improving the production efficiency of the blow molding machine.
However, the power of the heating lamp is not the higher the better. If the power is too high, it may cause local overheating of the parison, change the properties of the plastic, and affect the quality of the bottle. At the same time, too high power will also increase energy consumption and production costs. Therefore, the power of the heating lamp should be reasonably selected according to the specific production requirements of the blow molding machine, such as the size of the bottle, the material of the plastic, etc., in order to achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency.
